Betco Products is the chemical line we utilize to maintain our day-to-day cleaning operations. They also offer a full line of chemicals for all applications, including carpet and floor care. We use the RTD (Ready to Dispense System) to dispense our chemical arsenal. This system helps us keep cleaning safer, it's more cost-effective, and most importantly, it's environmentally friendly (Green Seal Certified).

Core Products handles a complete line of Green Seal Certified chemicals for windows, mirrors, walls, bathroom fixtures, shower rooms, tile and grout, carpet, and floor care. They offer easy-to-follow directions and labels.

Kaivac, Chemical Line is used with the Kaivac restroom cleaning system. The chemicals are specifically designed for the no-touch cleaning system to ensure successful results. All chemicals are Green Seal Certified to be extremely effective at cleaning without harming the environment.

ProTeam manufactures top-of-the-line vacuums. They are partners in indoor air quality and are members of The American Lung Association. We have an outstanding relationship with the Manufacturing Representative. He attends meetings to help train employees on proper vacuuming techniques. The PROFORCE 1500XP is a 1320-watt- 11 amp dual-motor vacuum with Intercept Micro Filter Media and HEPA exhaust filter media with onboard tools. The SUPERCOACH VAC is the most powerful backpack vacuum available. It is 1152 watt – 9.6-amp motor with Intercept Micro Filter Media and Four Level Filtration. Using ProTeam backpacks helps our efficiency by 50% and helps indoor air quality by picking up to 99.79% of dirt and allergens down to a .3-micron size.

Rubbermaid Products offers a full line of durable products that display a professional appearance. Some of the items include brute barrels, tilt trucks, maid caddies, lobby dust pans, mop buckets, mop handles, janitorial carts, and floor signs.

Unger window washing products are utilized by our company. Unger is an international company that has been developing unique professional cleaning tools for over 30 years to help professionals save time. Some of the items we use include Washers of all types (strip, microfiber, etc), all sizes of squeegees, buckets, micro wipes, telescopic poles (up to 30 feet), Safety scrapers, flood suckers, bulb changers, and Nifty Nabbers. These products help our efficiency of job completion while looking professional.

Kaivac No-Touch Cleaning System was designed to alleviate the number one complaint in public buildings-dirty restrooms. It completely removes soil and bacteria from restrooms using a chemical injector, indoor pressure washer, and a wet/dry vacuum in a single piece of equipment.
